1. Single Point of Contact for Authorities
Pursuant to Article 11 of the DSA, Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services can communicate directly with us through the point of contact below. Communications are accepted in English.
2. Single Point of Contact for Users
Pursuant to Article 12 of the DSA, service recipients and players may contact us regarding content moderation or platform concerns through the point of contact below.
3. Notice and Action Mechanism
Under Article 16 of the DSA, any individual or entity may submit a notice regarding illegal content or copyright infringement. Notices must include an explanation of why the content is considered illegal, its URL location, and the notifier contact details.
4. Recommender Systems and Algorithmic Transparency
Sparkade organizes games using objective criteria such as editorial quality tier, release date, primary category, and verified ad status. We do not employ deceptive profiling, dark patterns, or surveillance-based algorithmic amplification.
